I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The food was lovely, and the pool area was clean. The location is very convenient, with a SuperValu and Supermacs just across the road. I liked this GREAT convenience.

Our family suite was spacious. It had everything we needed. USB chargers were located at the sides of the beds. The bathroom included a bathtub and complimentary toiletries. I found this very convenient.

The hotel features a swimming pool and mini-golf for children. The soft play area is HUGE, providing ample entertainment. There is also an outdoor playground and sensory cubbies available for use, it was so helpful.

The restaurant is very spacious with very good food. The breakfast buffet offered a great spread. It had something for everyone. The menu had a good variety, i liked that.

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The accommodation team was fantastic and addressed all my needs. The night porters did everything they could, i Appreciated their effort.

the room was nice, clean, and fresh. the staff are very attentive, and kind. we were allowed to check in a couple of hours earlier. since we arrived earlier. i am very grateful.
the rooms were very warm. there was a fan provided. it was just blowing hot air around the room, it was quite uncomfortable.

the breakfast had amazing choices. i ordered pancakes too, and my daughter loved the pancake machine. there were great activities available for my daughter.
